Foss is having one last ditch attempt to get his pet 'Pyrton prison' up
and running on sacred riverland in Bassendean, while the matter is still
under consideration by the Federal Heritage minister Hill.

The Community has successfully held up work on the proposed prison for
over two and a half years.

On Tuesday 12th December the Ministry of Justice will try again to get
permission from the Government's own committee, the ACMC, to dig up and
desecrate the historical Aboriginal site at Pyrton.

The ACMC and Minister Hames have been handing out permission like hot
cakes to destroy Aboriginal sites across the state.
Will Pyrton riverland be next?

Foss says "western society is taking away Aboriginal law".
(Sunday Times 3.12.00)

No Mr Foss, You and your Government are taking away Aboriginal law.
Will they let this spiritual land be desecrated?
